Shop 'N Drive: Rejuvenating the Forecourt Brand Experience for the Next Generation by Shop 'N Drive

Brendan Boyle, COO of TapCreative, and Michelle Levett, Retail Director at Rontec, shared their approach to modernising the Shop’n Drive brand to meet the needs of the next generation of customers. They explored the changing role of UK forecourts, noting a £5bn rise in non-fuel sales over the past year and their ranking as the 5th most essential service on the high street, ahead of pubs and just behind banks.

The presentation outlined Shop’n Drive’s ambition to redefine convenience and be “the best on the road”, using customer insights and a renewed brand focus. It also highlighted the process behind the brand’s development, from the design of new brand elements to their execution across stores and communications.
